Yes, all Exclusive Car rentals include free airport pick up and return.

Yes, vehicles can be returned at any location convenient to you.

Our rental policy is minimum 2 days rental during our off season and 3 day during our peak seaon.  A fixed daily rate is charged based on a 24-hour period.

The minimum age limit to rent a vehicle is 18 years.

We offer Infant, Child and Booster seats.

A credit card is not required to book online. All payment processing is completed upon arrival.

There are no cancellation fees applied to bookings. However, as a courtesy we request that all cancellation are communicated at least 48hrs prior to arrival.

Collision Damage Waiver is a coverage that helps to pay to repair the rental vehicle if it is damaged in an accident/incident with a deductible of $900.00

Third Party Liability is designed to offer specific protection against third-party insurance claims, i.e., payment is not typically made to the insured, but rather to someone sufferinhg loss(medical expenses) who is not a party to the insurance contract. If you are involved in an accident with your rental car (the driver) is insured against bodily injury and property damage to a third party up to a certain monetary value with a deductible of $500.00

We Accepts major credit cards such as American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa. 

No security deposit is required.

All of our vehicles are equipped with automatic transmission, power windows A/C- USB -AUX.

The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of gas as was given at checkout (indicated on the rental contract) . Failure to refuel will result in a charge which will be advice by our rental agent. Our gas price is not the same as the gas staion.

Bookings can be completed online via our website, via email, via Facebook Messenger, via WhatsApp or by telephone. In order to book a vehicle a valid driver license and credit card is required. We do not accept credit card information online. All payment processing is done upon arrival.

Our free luggage assistance eliminates the inconvenience of having to rent a larger vehicle just to fit your luggages in the trunk. We will take them for you to your hotel/resort/villa at no extra cost (this will be done same time with you). When you are returning home we will take the luggages to the airport as well. It’s part of our car rental service we provide to our customers. Kindly inform us before arrival so we can be prepared.

No refunds on early returns (reserved date). When a car is reserved during our peak season for specific dates; the said vehicle is on hold for that period of time; therefore, you will not receive a refund for the unused days. During our off-season period we are lenient towards early returns date; with the exemption of limited vehicles.

We are committed to providing a safe, clean fleet for our customers and employees. In order to better deliver on this commitment, all our vehicles are non-smoking. A $100-$300 cleaning fee will be assessed for vehicles returned with evidence of smoking.

All vehicle occupants must refrain from smoking in the vehicle at all times. When receiving a vehicle, inspect it before leaving the rental location to ensure it is smoke-free. If evidence of smoking is found at the time of rental, notify a member of our staff.
