The rental car is returned at Red Cross parking lot located at 34 Airport Road, Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. You will then be shuttled to Departure.
We recommend that you return the car to our designated return location at 34 Airport Road, Simpson Bay. Once the vehicle has been returned, we will be happy to drop you back off at your hotel or villa.
Certain exceptions may be made depending on the circumstances.

Our rental policy is minimum 4 days rental during our off season and 6 day during our peak seaon. A fixed daily rate is charged based on a 24-hour period.
The minimum age limit to rent a vehicle is 18 years. A valid driver's licence is a must.
We offer Infant, Child and Booster seats for a small fee of $7 per day.
There are no cancellation fees applied to bookings. However, as a courtesy we request that all cancellation are communicated at least 1 week prior to arrival.
Collision Damage Waiver is a coverage that helps to pay to repair the rental vehicle if it is damaged in an accident/incident with a deductible of $900.00
Third Party Liability is designed to offer specific protection against third-party insurance claims, i.e., payment is not typically made to the insured, but rather to someone sufferinhg loss(medical expenses) who is not a party to the insurance contract. If you are involved in an accident with your rental car (the driver) is insured against bodily injury and property damage to a third party up to a certain monetary value with a deductible of $500.00
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex).
When paying by debit card or cash, both of our insurance options are mandatory. However, if you have a CREDIT CARD to place on file the insurances becomes optional as these payment methods do not provide rental vehicle coverage.
If you have your own rental car insurance coverage through your credit card or a separate insurance provider, proof of valid coverage must be provided and approved prior to the rental.
No security deposit is required.
All of our vehicles are equipped with automatic transmission, power windows A/C- USB -AUX.
The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of gas as was given at checkout (indicated on the rental contract) . Failure to refuel will result in a charge which will be advice by our rental agent. Our gas price is not the same as the gas staion.
Bookings can be completed online via our website, via email, via Facebook Messenger, via WhatsApp or by telephone. In order to book a vehicle a valid driver license, credit card/debit is required. When using a debit card our insurance is mandatory as there is no coverage on said card unless proof of coverage is provided. We do not accept credit/debit card information online. All payment processing is done upon arrival.

We provide luggage assistance upon request. For a small fee of $25–$50 each way, depending on the location of your hotel, resort, or villa and the amount of luggage you have, we can transport your luggage for you.
This service will be provided at the same time as your transportation, making your arrival and departure as convenient as possible.
When you are returning home, we can also transport your luggage back to the airport.
Kindly inform us before your arrival if you would like to use this service so we can make the necessary arrangements and be fully prepared for you.
No refunds on early returns (reserved date). When a car is reserved during our peak season (December to April) for specific dates; the said vehicle is on hold for that period of time; therefore, you will not receive a refund for the unused days. During our off-season period we are lenient towards early returns date; with the exemption of limited vehicles.
We are committed to providing a safe, clean fleet for our customers and employees. In order to better deliver on this commitment, all our vehicles are non-smoking. A $100-$300 cleaning fee will be assessed for vehicles returned with evidence of smoking.
All vehicle occupants must refrain from smoking in the vehicle at all times. When receiving a vehicle, inspect it before leaving the rental location to ensure it is smoke-free. If evidence of smoking is found at the time of rental, notify a member of our staff.
Rates can fluctuate at any given time.The prices vary depending on the season and demand. You are guarantee the rate quoted at the time of booking, but can be changed if the reservation is altered. Locked-in rates cannot be changed due to special offers or price change on the website. Last minute bookings via Call or Email does not guarantee the website prices.
Our car rental company policy use a 24-hour rental cycle with a short grace period of 30 minutes for returns. Here’s a typical policy structure:
- A rental due at 2:00 PM is usually considered on time until about 2:30 PM.
- After the grace period, you will be charge:
- an hourly late fee of $15 or
- a full extra rental day if you're significantly late
