24-hour Emergency Assistance
Once you rent a vehicle from Exclusive Car Rental, you receive free 24-hour roadside assistance, which allows you to enjoy the ride knowing we are just a phone call away. This includes flat tire assistance, lock out services, jump start and fuel delivery.
Unlimited Mileage
This is offered on all our cars. You can now travel as many kilometers as you want with your rental car without paying extra.
Convenient Airport Pickup
Upon landing, please collect your luggage and exit the arrivals hall. One of our rental agents will be waiting outside with an iPad displaying the Exclusive Car Rental logo.
You will then be shuttled to our office (5 mins from the airport), where your vehicle will be ready for you. The registration process only takes a few minutes, and then you’ll be all set to enjoy your vacation.

AIRPORT PICKUP
Upon landing, as you finished clearing with immigration and have picked up your luggage and exited the arrival hall, one of our Rental Agent will be waiting with a “EXCLUSIVE CAR RENTAL SIGN BOARD.” You will be escorted directly to your rental car where you will be registered (all paperwork is done at the airport, this process takes about 5-10 mins), you are then off to enjoy your vacation.
DROP OFF
Vehicles will be returned at the Red Cross Parking Lot, where one of our agents will meet you. A quick inspection of the vehicle will be conducted. You will then be shuttled to Departure(airport). Drop-off can also be arranged at the hotel/ villa/ferry dock upon request for a small fee.
PAYMENT
We accept Credit andd Debit Cards such as: Master Card, Visa, and Amex.When using a debit card our insurances are mandatory as there is no coverage on said card unless proof of coverage is provided.
