Once you rent a vehicle from Exclusive Car Rental, you receive free 24-hour roadside assistance, which allows you to enjoy the ride knowing we are just a phone call away. This includes flat tire assistance, lock out services, jump start and fuel delivery.
Unlimited Mileage
This is offered on all our cars. You can now travel as many kilometers as you want with your rental car without paying extra.

When you arrive at Princess Juliana International Airport, we will be right outside waiting to receive you. No shuttle hassles. No waiting lines. Rental made easy and simple.
How It Works
PICKUP
Upon landing, as you finished clearing with immigration and have picked up your luggage and exited the arrival hall, one of our Rental Agent will be waiting with a “EXCLUSIVE CAR RENTAL SIGN BOARD.” You will be escorted directly to your rental car where you will be registered (all paperwork is done at the airport, this process takes about 5-10 mins), you are then off to enjoy your vacation.
DROPOFF
Vehicles drop off can be done at the airport, kindly park by Departure where one of our Rental Agent will meet you. A quick inspection of the vehicle is done, and you are given a receipt. Drop off can also be arranged for any location convenient to you e.g., hotel/villa, ferry dock.
INSURANCE
We offer two types of Insurances: Collision Damage Waiver and Third-Party Liability. This can be added at time of making the reservation or when registration is done (picking up your vehicle). You have the option to take both or one. As it is optional.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
Collision Damage Waiver is a coverage that helps to pay to repair the rental vehicle if it is damaged in an accident/incident with a deductible of $900.00
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
Third Party Liability is designed to offer specific protection against third-party insurance claims. If you are involved in an accident with your rental car (the driver) is insured against bodily injury and property damage to a third party up to a certain monetary value with zero deductible.

Went the extra mile at every turn
I was tempted to rent the $12/day care until I read all kinds of reviews that scared me away. Exclusive was more, but in the end well worth every penny! They met us at the airport and we were ready to go within five minutes. We had too much luggage to fit in our small car, so they loaded up our bags in their vehicle and drove us to the hotel. When a dash light came on, he met us the next morning at our hotel and fixed the issue… he did it on our schedule so that it wouldn’t impact any parts of our day. And finally, when my six year old somehow dropped his Nintendo switch game card into one of the crevices of the car on our last day, we tore the car apart and couldn’t find it. Ryan brought A tool with him that allowed him to open up part of the backseat and retrieve the game card. We were so grateful because it made our trip home so much easier with our son. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will be using them every year in the future. They made it so easy and went the extra mile At every turn. Thank you so much, Ryan!

We did have an issue when the strong winds blew a sign off a building and smashed the windshield. This was our first time using Exclusive Car Rental in St. Martin but not the last! We will only be booking our car from Ryan and Exclusive from now on. I can’t recommend this company enough. If you haven’t used them yet- do yourself a favor and rent through them.
From making the reservation to getting the car at the airport to dropping off the car at the airport- everything was easy, lovely and just awesome. We loved being able to walk off the plane and jump in our car. It was equally wonderful pull up to the airport to drop and go. The car was the nicest we have ever driven in St. Martin. It was a cute Nissan Kicks- extremely clean and looked brand new. What a terrific surprise! We truly appreciated the effective communication and hassle free/ VIP service we received!

A huge shoutout
A huge shoutout to Ryan and his crew!! We got a metal wire in our tire that caused a flat. We messaged him in the evening and he came all the way to our resort first thing the next morning BEFORE he said he would arrive! The tire was fixed in 10 minutes so we could start our day.

Exceptional car rental experience
My husband and and I would like to thank Ryan and Diane for an exceptional car rental experience. Ryan met us at the airport which was stress free and walked us to the parking lot where our car was waiting for us. The vehicle was in fantastic shape and clean. Together we walked the vehicle, identified any concerns or existing damage that was noted on our paperwork. Ryan explained all aspects of the rental agreement. We noticed the front tire had a tear and he offered to follow us to our hotel and take it to be fixed while we checked in. Outstanding customer service that proves he truly cares and protects the safety of his customers!! This was much appreciated as we travel the island every day!
We enjoyed the vehicle throughout the week and ensured we gave it back in the same condition.
